"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Might have something to do with the fact that I'm reeeeally passive when it comes to dev and any other forums.. It usually goes like this I post a work then I do nothing remotely related to this for a month or two and then I get some new inspiration and I do another and then again silence.... It even took almost 10 days to answer your question so you might get my point.
